State Bird Provisions serves you food dim sum style, where they bring you a cart and asks you which item you want. Everything in the pictures was delicious. Shoutout to the nectarines dish and the steam egg in a cup!
Caution for people who hate planning ahead (aka didn’t have reservations): try to get there an hour early before opening to wait in line. Even if you don’t get seated immediately, they have limited time slots for you to come by later. Still try to get there early!
