Gratin! Omnomnom
To make up for the horrible cheese-puff things I posted before, I share with you: nummy nummy (and uber-easy, like omg there is no way to make this thing wrong easy) potato gratin recipe.
You’ll see from the picture above that yes, I did use cheese (probably a bit more cheese than is healthy), but gratin is a ridiculously easy recipe that’s easily modified with additional ingredients. My sister likes gratin with cheese, so viola, cheese. You can go without, or with, whatever suits your fancy.
